Siridao Chapel - Chapel in Siridao - North Goa, India

One the must visit places in goa . Siridao is one the places where you will find lot of traditional things like fishing, religious activities and its scenic beaches. Must visit is the cliff behind the chaple from where you see the zuari river meeting Arabian sea . The chaple is one of the most visited places by the devotees and people who believe in it , it has been a tradition to celebrate the feast of Jesus Nazareth every year one week after Easter, this feast is celebrated by all people of siridao with great tradition and celebrations going for a whole day .

One of the calmest and serene Chapel overlooking the vast Arabian sea! Visited this place on a Sunday noon at 3:30pm, the main entrance Gate was locked but there is another small gate that you can enter from the right. There was no one which made it better. As you walk up the stairs the beauty of the chapel Shoukd be definitely captured. There are lots of weeds around as its the monsoons. There benches placed around to just sit listen to waves and feel the breeze blowing The beach is right below the chapel and is walking distance of 5mins.

Amazing place. Ample parking.very silent place.you can enjoy the confluence of Zuari River and Arabian sea. Sunset is the magnificent view. Not much cozy place. You can take a round of church. There is good provision for placing a candle. Do visit with family or friends and enjoy the sunset over there.

Beautiful place. The church is on a mountain. The church looks very beautiful. One side there is Siridao Beach. From top you can see mesmerising sunset view.
