Sinquerim Fort - Fortress in Candolim - North Goa, India

My husband and I went there at sunset time. Took beautiful photos and videos. Beach is Pleasant, nice just awesome. I will recommend going at Sunset time. Not much of a crowded beach. We spent almost 3hrs over there.

Beautiful place. Well maintained fort with a beautiful sea scenic view in the back. Water sports available. Parking of car costs 100 rupees and for 2 wheelers 50 rupees. No entry fees.

Sinquerim fort is one of the must visit places in Goa, Very near from Candolim beach, This fort has one of the best views in all of Goa after Cape Goa. You can see clean and stunning Sinquerim Beach from this fort. As you go near top you will experience pleasant gust of winds touching your body as well as Mind. A very relaxing and calming place. You can get very natural and striking pics here for social media. Only con is that the entry to this fort is very narrow , hence coming with big vehicles is huge hassle and also parking is limited.

Sinquerium beach is not a private beach, though it is in between famous Taj and Aguada resorts, it is public beach and easy access to climb down the fort steps and access the beach, it is so clean and neat with very less crowded beach in North Goa

Fort was so scenic with all the coconut trees and beach..we group of friends visited the place on a november first week saturday, the crowd was decent. The views are spectacular to me and beach is super clean. Water sports are also available paragliding,speed boat etc. Spent some quality time on the beach. The only thing is for bike parking they're charging 50 rupees that too for a road-side parking.

The place looks very beautiful during the evenings. The place is not so crowded in the early hours of the day. If you are a solo traveler and want to see the place at peace, visiting it in the early hours is advised.

Beautiful place, serene beauty, the cool sea breeze vitalises your entire self ... people coming from busy cities definitely enjoy such calmness.....must visit recommended. The place is also called lower Aguada fort so plan your visit the same day when you visit Aguada fort. The approach road might be a little narrow as it's single lane driving but a four wheeler can easily pass.
