I am very old customer of this shop. We have purchased schnell brand cycle, however in first service we experienced unprofessional behavior of the team available there and the guy who said shop owner. After very hard argument got the cycle service done. No systems there for the service, how come these unprofessional people get agncy of well known cycle brand. Schneel has not done the good home work before offering agency to such unprofessional peoples
I got wonderful experience today. I bought Keysto KS 007 Pro few months back on 23 march 23. Unfortunatly the Freewheel assambly got damaged. After contacting the shop. they suggested to visit the Shop at Sihgad Road in front of relience shop which is nearer to me. The staff is very helpful I observed in this shop. They replaced the Freewheel assambly quickly. also they have given me a good amount of discount for the parts ( as perts are not in the scope of Guarantee). Had a near death experience after getting my cycle fixed from them. They were supposed to fix my paddle n crankshaft the padel broke off on high speed n i fell. After I gathered myself I was furious to learn they have put the wheel of my bike in the wrong direction. They charged me 5600Rs and the person doing the hand written bill was completely clueless of what I am paying for. Now I am completely scared n worried and doubt that did they really service my bike. I would not recommend that his place but I am surely gonna serve them a court notice from consumer court
