A fair place to stay in. Went as a group there & everything was fine. Food tastes decent, service is always at your need, staffs are completely well mannered. Never to leave out the view...it's such a treat to your eyes. The entire property is a niche' of the bay. If your a nature lover, definitely have a stay @ their rooms for the best of views.
The location is excellent. Staff behaviours are very cordial. The property including the rooms need a little upliftment. Major drawback - Premium Family room bathrooms don't have any lock system. It's a bit embarrassing in front of your family.
We just went to visit the property and check out restaurant. It is indeed situation at the beautiful Baby location. Where see view seems extremely beautiful. Restaurant is indoor but you can enjoy the outdoor view also as sitting arrangement is there.
Mr Naveen Suchanti and Niren Suchanti are the owners of the hotel and they don't give two hoots about this property. It is in absolute state of decline. Walls and the roof of building have come off. We had booked an Attic room which was expensive but very dirty. Linens had stains in it. Bathroom doors had stickers on it and that was completely visible with no privacy. There were lizards in the room. Lift is small, stinky and claustrophobic and feels that it could ollapse any minute. Food was just about okay. Wifi doesnt work here. Staff was putting up some grit but they were themselves complaining that owners don't visit here and no one here is accountable for anything. Pictures posted on their website are from 2012 and not representative of current state of affairs. They charge equivalent to ITC rates but are not worth even half of the rates. The only thing going for them is location and it is evident that owners don't want to put any money in it and want to sell it off. Completely avoid staying here. They also gave me a GST invoice which seems fake and I will try and report that to GST compliance officer for appropriate action on tax avoidance by them
SUCH A GOOD PROPERTY NEEDS EXTRA ORDINARY TO BE OF ITC STANDARD. STAFF VERY GOOD BUT SUPERVISION AND MANAGEMENT MUST DRASTICALLY Improve. FOOD CAN IMPROVE COMPARED TO OTHER HOTELS THIS STANDARD FOOD QUALITY VERRY POOR.
