The overall system of the Hospital was good and patient friendly! Loved their service!

Our mother got hospitalized here for about 10 days after she suffered a stroke on a visit to Chennai. Dr Ritesh (neuro) and his team were very professional, practical and inspired confidence. The nurses were kind and attentive. The food was good.and nutritious. The only problem but a very serious one is that the hospital is severely understaffed as far as the nurses go. It is matter of time before the existing good nurses seriously get burnt out . Hope SIMS will consider hiring adequate nurses and support staff to serve the in-patients better.

Doctors are very good at emergency care but the outcome aftrr treatment is very bad.... I brought my son (11 years) @ 10.15pm for a fracture but after the treatment I almost waited for almost two hours for a sling to be arranged and after that billing etc .... Which is really unfair and also not expected this at emergency ward.... No one wanted to take responsibility to close the issues rather than they are just passing the issues to others .... It is to bring it here becos atleast these kind of waiting's should not be faced by others... hope management takes in a positive way n take corrective measures during night hours especially at EMERGENCY

I had visited them for a simple DNS drips. First of all, the property was clean and well maintained, yes. But not all the staff were friendly. When I was unreachable, my friends contacted the hospital thrice only to be yelled at by the staff and no proper information or patient update was provided. I did file a complain with the GR team and they promised me this will not happen again. Another corporate jungle where the services of talented doctors do not 100% reach the patients because of "hospital rules".

I recently had the pleasure of visiting SIMS Hospitals Vadapalani for a full body checkup, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. They were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The doctors were highly knowledgeable and took the time to address all my concerns. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which made me feel confident and reassured.

The Valued Hospital SIMS running this PHS centre for all types of Master Checkup. But it's looks like a normal lab or local lab. Not an corporate or service minded. The people who are in front desk is more arrogant and irrespective, especially the incharge Ms.Deepti , Care Coordinator Ms.Sneha. once we paid all and started checkup all their given commitments are became false. if we ask anything to the incharge she suddenly raise her voice and left away . Mostly she interact with the lab Mr.technician in corridor not in front desk with patient. Donno how HR team recruit these type of guys for hospital jobs. If all the reports are ready also we need to wait, when she feel free or whenever came to desk ,she release for next test. If we ask anything she shows her arrogant voice to us. Pls HR team to take immediate action to save the world's best hospital name.. not only i suffered, few people's. Even they requested with their flight time but she behave like a ....
