Simcha Island - Adventure Park and Resort - Amusement park in Indore - Indore, India

My experience here was rather average. The most enjoyable part of the visit was undoubtedly the trampoline - a source of great amusement. However, the trampoline's sponges left much to be desired. They were covered in dust and had a musty odor, which resulted in persistent sneezing. It seemed as though they hadn't been replaced in quite some time. On a positive note, the food on offer was surprisingly good, and the prices were reasonable. There were various activities available, but the overall ambiance lacked the liveliness one might expect. The place had a sparse crowd, giving it an almost ghost town-like atmosphere with very few visitors around.

We simply went there for the adventure and trampoline park so I don't know much about the rooms and services these guys provide. Other than that it's a place worth visiting. You need a whole day to enjoy each and every ride. The water park is quite small and doesn't have many slides. But, all and all it was a nice experience for me.

Overall very much satisfied. There are fantastic array of adventure activities. They have plenty of options for all age groups. All the activity places are well maintained. Staff service is very professional and friendly. Staff provides good suggestions and always happy to help.

It is 25 km away from Indore. But this place is made for family and friends, where you can enjoy your whole day. There is a small water in the park, The entry is 300 rupees it's a little bit costly. If you enter the park please take a package of 1600 so you'll enjoy all the rides. Your visiting time should be 10 Am.

This place seriously needs maintenance. I went to the adventure park, Go-kart is under construction but still they are charging full money for a very small path (just 4 rounds). Paintball ambience is also not good. Electric magnetic car ride is pathetic, all the cars are very old only 1-2 is working, pls change this. The only thing I like is the dinner in their hotel, it's good. Rest all adventure activities seriously need maintenance and improvement.

What a wonderful Day I have sent here all activities are above the expectations. Specially the rocket ejector it fell like death is near you when you go up. All other activities are also awesome A place you can visit with you family friends and couples.

Staff behavior sitting at the ticket counter is very bad. The lady sitting outside the ticket counter won't even let you talk to the person sitting inside the counter. I booked the ticket standing at the counter after what they told me to, but as soon as I understood that they are asking me to book the expensive package which is of not that use to me , and I asked them to change it they refused. They did not provided full information which is there basic job. Then it's on the customer what they want to choose amongst the options. I asked them to change it they refused and started arguing rudely. I had a simple question if I would've booked a cheaper ticket won't you upgrade me to a expensive one, so when I am asking to change it and give me a lower package why are you not doing it. And when I am booking it in front of you and asking you to change it in a 30 seconds of duration. Inside the park They have a army of staff but everyone is engaged in talking to one another and no one takes initiative to ask or promote there things or rides or activities. I really had very high hopes as I went to celebrate my child's birthday but had such a pathetic experience. I wish they improve it or take this feedback seriously. Thanks.
