One of the best gym you can find around R T Nagar. The gym has best gym equipment. The trainers Arun and Hareesh and very well experienced, very polite and dedicated towards their work. They will guide you very well to achieve your goals whether it is weight loss/ weight gain or body shaping. After all its you that how dedicatedly follow the instructions and diet.
