This is a nice place for a day trip near Bardhaman. Well decorated and well maintained place. You can see lots of beautiful flowers and feel relaxed here. this is also a perfect place for a picnic. You can definitely enjoy the views with your friends and family. Nice place to hang out.
Silverline Resort is located in Orgram forest, Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal. It is almost 28km from Burdwan Station by road. If someone is planning to visit Orgram forest, they can surely visit the resort for stay and food. They have their own farm, swimming pool and other facilities. Food quality and service is quite okay. I haven't stayed there and hence no comment on their accommodation facilities.

Visited the place on 7th March 2023. Very bad experience. Most of the portion is under construction. Service quality is very poor. Haven't supplied any toiletries at. all. Asking for mony at each and every time. It seems that I will cheat them. I got the morning tea which is only the complimentary thing, at around 8:30 am after making 3 calls. Haven't got tea during breakfast. Even they are not able to supply extra amount of curry in breakfast. Overall experience is very bad.
We went this resort with some college friends for a reunion. Food quality of their resturent was very good. Environment was also good. We all enjoyed that day
Almost no service at all. We ordered some item in our room, they asked for 20 mins to serve. After 35 mins we call them and they replied that it's finished. They even don't bother about you and your order.
At night, after 10.30 or so, if someone falls ill, he/she will have to wait for 6 am next morning. Because the gates are locked and there is no security. They will not receive the call even.
The rooms are overpriced as per the location and amenities.
And yes, the vomiting cleaning charge is also there and it's mentioned in red
We visited this resort with my friends for a lunch. We enjoyed a lot and the lunch was delicious with reasonable cost. Kids were enjoyed in the play ground. You will get a great view in the forest( by the way it's very small forest).
Coustomer service is not good
Even room's was not clean,
But environment is good , obviously bcoz of the forest For me it's 4/10
