Room was quite decent and clean and bathroom was clean too. I was doubtful about the bed sheet, pillow and quilt cover cleanliness so I asked to change them. And to my surprise they gave me extra sheets. Being a woman I am always concerned for safety perspectives, so to all the women out there it's absolutely safe. Ull feel safe in your room and also outside the hotel. This place is in the middle of residential properties. When I was walking on the street I saw families all around me. Hotel staff is really good. I needed the place for 3 days however they were fully pre-booked so i stayed for just one day. I am sharing this so that you all know that this place is always pre booked. So arrange ur bookings in way advance if possible. Overall good stay.

I booked room using Oyo app it showed me INR 644 which I paid in advance. Upon coming the person in reception asked me to pay 650 more stating he doesn't care about oyo charges. I raised query on Oyo helpline number. They just said plain sorry and asked me to pay extra amount and said oyo will repay me 240 or so if and only if I share the receipt of extra amount. To which the receptionist again denied. Overall a very bad experience. Would not recommend anyone. If you would like to be duped you are most welcome.

Hi, I usually support everyone, but this time I have write something important. First I had an issue from oyo, oyo forced me to cancel the booking as the owner denied check in due to low Tarrif, Not my problem but they forced me to do. after long discussion with Oyo manager over call, he said we can transfer to another property which is 12 km far, this is the support which I got from oyo. Later i requested a lot to property manager and he did the check with increased price(oyo changed my booking price without my knowledge, another issue). After check in, Proper sanitisation is not there, Staff is not professional, hygiene is bad and the corridor is smelling like hell. Washroom cleanness is really bad, I resist myself to touch anything because nothing is properly washed OR cleaned. The staff is asking my phone to do check out and giving himself a 5 star rating. I suggest oyo should work or think for customer as well as for property managers if low Tarrif is an issue.

The room was extremely below par. There were so many stains on the walls. Pillow covers, bedsheet and blanket were dirty and unchanged and upon complaining about the same we were told to wait until morning. We literally couldn't sleep on the bed because of this the entire night. Would highly recommend to avoid this property if you are looking for an economical stay near airport. It's really poorly maintained.

Very worst !!!! Terrible rooms!!! Starting here ... The hotel management will say no Rooms available when you reach the hotel for check-in even though you make payment in online . They will ask you to pay more for the rooms that you booked already . If you are not ok then they will ask you to check with Oyo for the alternate rooms . The staffs will be rude to you . They room beds are in very bad condition . There are no hand wash , body wash or towels in the room . AC and Heaters in the rooms will not work . The worst experience you will get here for sure... I check with Oyo for refund they too will not respond properly . I request Oyo to take proper actions on the properties which are doing like this ..

I have not stayed in that OYO hotel. We have paid money for 2 members through online but once we reached the hotel, the receptionist boy said I have paid for 1 member and need to pay extra amount for extra person. This was totally unfair. Then I just came out from that hotel and spoke with customer care regarding this issue. Still I am waiting for paid amount. Some hotels like are cheating like this, my suggestion is do not pay before u reach hotel.

The rooms were clean and the bed spreads were not that good. It had stains in it. No toiletries. It's ok for bachelors and not for families.

They demand extra money for check in and I pay because I had no option at 10pm night. I had trying to call oyo but hotel management not allowed me to call oyo. Lack of amenities. Very very worst experience... Pls oyo balance your status.
