I arrived with my booking of Rs500 to check in. Check in was denied, and availablity of Rs1000 room was shown. Very rude behaviour from reception staff. Even he abused in regional language on telling him regarding complaint. 1. Worst experience in Service, behaviour, stay. 2.Would never recommended anyone to stay here. 3. Save your money and time by not visiting here.
This hotel is scam. Even if u book in online they will ask 1800rs to checkin..they pakka frauds
Worst hotel. Positive reviews are all fake..There is no maintenance in the room and walls have cracks. Once we entered the room urine smell hitted complete room.We asked for change of room and they didn't provide. Since it was night stay with kid we adjusted using room spray. Requesting families to completely avoid this hotel.
Worst hotel I ever stayed. Booked two rooms two family. One of the room was located inside a store room in seventh floor. Another room had no curtain for the see-through window. Heater was not working in one room. Used cigarette was found scattered in bathroom. Not at all hygiene. Rain water leaking through window. Since i checked in late at night, had no other option. Bathroom in the room had two doors. One from our room and another door from reception. How can they have another bathroom door access from reception area for our room. Don't know for whom they r running this hotel.
NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL, 1. contact number given in the website belongs to medical scan center. 2. The person sitting in reception won't even help you to reach there. You won't be able to reach there as it's shows 1.3 km from egmore railway station but it is 13 km from station. Don't waste your money.
Its situated in a apartment and in very busy market. Yes there is sea view but no beach.You have to visit marina beach from here so if you are staying only for beach view & roam plz dont stay here
