Silver Cloud Castle Resort - Resort hotel in Vagamon - Idukki, India

First thing i want to say that. The service is quite good here. But room is good and spacious. In case of view, then its normal. You can see anywhere same view in wagmon. I suggest visit mascot tea factory near this hotel. Its worth. You can also visit in market and another sight scens from here.

One of the best budget stays I had. The location is not too far from the centre. We were 4 and took a cottage, it was different from other cottages nearby. It was too spacious for 4 people. All the rooms and even bathrooms were with generous space. View in the front was also great for the price. There is a restaurant nearby, and food was also good. We reached late, so didn't get much time to spend over there, still enjoyed the stay. Worth for the price

Place is good but poor service. They charge double for everything. If u order for food, only food will come.. no plates, no water.. even if u order separately plates and water, they say service is closed.

A decent property and worth the rate. Rooms are all perfect and well maintained. Nice and friendly staff and service.

Had a pleasant stay over there with my family. The hospitality was excellent. Clean and well ventilated spacious rooms. Food is very delicious and tasty. Staff was very friendly. Camp fire will be arranged on request, subject to climate. The view from the resort was most scenic.

Good resort. It's very calm and you can take rest without any external disturbance. On answering the question, is it worth for what we pay?, My answer would be partially yes. Improvement should be the service which each guest should get. Delay on processing each request made us feel bad. So improve the delivery.

The rooms and service they provide is worth what we pay.The views and everything is amazing.We can really enjoy it there with family and friends.

Room are ok.. But Water heater was not working in some rooms. One more suggestion Dont try food with them.. they charge too much.. Its around Rs20 per dhosa (very small) and Rs15 per idly. Even we were not arranged for campfire.. they try to charge as much as from us.. be aware. Confirm eveything before booking
