Fantastic bed! So comfy. View is spectacular and natural setting is serene and peaceful. So close to Nandi Hills! Pool is clean and refreshing. Staff was helpful, courteous and kind. Management went out of their way to help with booking taxi and room upgrades. If you are in the mood for a decadent splurge the Marriott has a spa next door and luxury dining. Will stay again for sure.

Great value for money, great view, clean premises, rooms are very tidy spacious lovely atmosphere, swimming pool is maintained well, the staffs are extremely polite, warm , smiling faces welcoming guests very nicely and take care of guest needs attentive friendly and very cooperative staff, benevolent. Nice mountain view, nice place to spend your holiday with your loved ones with fun activities and lovely stay. If you want to have a beautiful and memorable stay dont think further!Best place to stay

Nice place great view. Cleanliness is not good as compared to price and mainissue was language barrier. The manager didn't understand Hindi and when my mother speaks in Hindi with him heusing very harsh and bad tone and told her very rudely that you are in south speak English or kannada which the management need to look into it and take some strict action.

Nice hotel at foothills of Nandi Hills and extremely co-operative staffs who would help you going way beyond in order to get things done. Clean and quiet rooms with good hygiene maintained. Highly recommended for stays.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful property situated amidst nature overlooking the spectacular Nandi Hills. The management has a very professional attitude and the staff here is very courageous. The rooms r spacious and clean...I stayed at their suite overlooking the Nandi Hills..It's serene and away from the city life..I was mesmerized by the beauty of this place.. They have a nice pool if you want to take a dip and they serve a varied range of mouthwatering dishes which was a delight to my tastebuds. I highly recommend this property and I will definitely come here again as it is quite near from Bangalore...Perfect weekend retreat !!

We visited for a corporate outing at the Silver Cloud. Punit who was the manager had ensured all the arrangements for our conference were done properly . The food and the service was good . The rooms were clean and hygienic. The view from the hotel is fantastic . It is just below the Nandi Hills.

Update after the property reply- You can peddle all the lies you want. How can Vama Retreats give you a bad review when I haven't even stayed at that property YET. Additionally, do you want me to share all the screenshots and conversations I have had with you and your team to back my claim. You should be glad that I did not pursue this legally honestly for all the distress you guys caused me. Absolutely Pathetic pieces of work. DO NOT BOOK HERE. I wold advise everyone and anyone who plans on booking this room for a gathering, wedding and/or event to double check your options. They will cancel your booking at the drop of your hat in-case they get a better booking ( read as more money for the same rooms) We booked this hotel for our wedding nearby and had booked the entire hotel for 2 days, having given the relevant advance required. A month after that, they abruptly cancelled the booking because they got a booking from a party happening in JW Mariott nearby, who obviously paid them more than the asking rate. The owner and the staff are insufferable as instead of accepting their mistakes and resolving the issue, they started pinning the blame onto us. At the end, we ended up booking another venue, provided them more business than 2 days and are happy that we did not go through with these guys. Alternative options nearby- WhiteMist, Vama Retreats, Mount Plaza Expensive Options- Mulberry Shades Far away options - Signature Club Resort, Angasana Writing this review here so that no-one should go through the mental trouble we went through.
