Best study place ever. During winter it is so warm and comfortable . The place is so nice and clean that we tend to study here. It is located near the market so we can get anything whatever we need.

Good environment heating facilities excellent ...and affordable fees even if wanted to study for few hours.. open till 1:00AM and if you want to stay for a longer duration you can stay.... And yes parking space a lot.. cafe with cheap price.....

New born UT Ladakh and it's administrative offices will be filled up with the people coming out from SILSA.
