Highly recommended. I can assure that you won't regret if you stay at this place. Everyone, including the owner and staff will make you feel at home. Overall experience was excellent and no complaints. Loved the stay here.Mustak was very helpful. The food is also very good.

Nice place but the staff can be more proactive... One has to keep reminding them for things. Food was good but very few members for service.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at what can only be described as a "dharamshala" rather than a hotel. The conditions were abysmal, to say the least. The room was cramped, unclean, and had a lingering musty odor. The bedding and furnishings were worn out, and the bathroom was in dire need of renovation. The noise from other guests was incessant, making it nearly impossible to relax or get any rest. This establishment fails to meet even the most basic standards of comfort and cleanliness. I strongly discourage anyone from staying here; it's a far cry from what one would expect from a decent accommodation.

Decent property to stay if you're in Srinagar. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Food was also good and the staff was also very courteous. Really happy with the services of Sidsons Hotel.

The service is really TERRIBLE & PATHETIC. WORST customer service. Please don't stay at this hotel to avoid harassment by the hotel staff. Will provide VEG meal even if NON-VEG meal is booked in the package. Hotel staff didn't clean the 5 rooms allotted to us for 5days stay even once. POOR SERVICE The BIGGEST IRONY is that you didn't clean the rooms even when the keys were kept with you. It is very astonishing to mention that you didn't have any duplicate keys of the room. The SUPER IRONY is that you provided us with VEG meal even when we had booked NON-VEG meal with the travel agent TRAVEL HOME.

STAY AWAY from this hotel! I found it to be severely overpriced for what it offers. The location is far from desirable, making it inconvenient for travelers. Furthermore, during my stay, I witnessed what appeared to be fraudulent activities taking place within the hotel premises. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for accommodation.

Service and food was really good but the pictures of the rooms shown online isn't the same when you go for the stay. The electric blanket weren't heating properly, gave us a very small heater that doesn't work properly. The only reason Iam giving 2 stars is like I said, the service and friendliness of staff. They were understanding and super cooperative.
