I had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Bajaj bike service centre in bahadurpura and it turned out to be the worst experience everThe first thing that struck me upon entering the service centre was the lack of cleanliness. The floors were dirty, and there were oil stains and bike parts scattered around haphazardly. It was clear that the staff did not take pride in maintaining aclean and organized environment for their customers. Furthermore, the advisor at the service centre displayed unprofessional behavior. He seemed disinterested in my concerns and was dismissive of my questions. Instead of providing clear and helpful answers, he gave vague and unhelpful responses. It was evident that he lacked proper knowledge about the bikes and their maintenance. To make matters worse, the quality of service provided was subpar. Despite clearly explaining the issues I was facing with my Bajaj bike, the technicians failed to address them adequately. They did not thoroughly inspect the bike, resulting in unresolved problems and a waste of both time and money. Overall, my experience at the Bajaj bike service centre in Kishan Bagh was extremely disappointing. The lack of cleanliness, unprofessional behavior of the advisor, and the poor quality of service make it impossible for me to recommend this service centre to anyone. I believe that a service centre should prioritize the satisfaction and convenience of their customers, which was clearly lacking in this establishment.

I have bought a new Bajaj Pulsar 220F from this showroom, located near to Zoo park. Sales staff and manager were good and fast in processing and delivering the bike. Happen to see that they are limited with the available stock. As of now couldn't comment on service centre as haven't gone for it yet.

Communication didn't went well. Receptionist one who came a step to guide me, is not much aware of the vehicle. They will provide test ride only for the people who are going to buy not for the people who were interested in buying. Receptionist cum sales person is not much aware of quotation and offers. Later the person (senior salesman) who came over her, is not aware of variants & features of bike.

Never ever visit worst place to buy a bike inappropriate behaviour of staf kindly do not visit this show room

The showroom is located on the main road opposite the Nehru Zoological Park and easy to find location. The showroom is okay with limited space and around 4 to 6 vehicles placed inside the showroom. The staff is limited but is okay to handle the customers since there is no crowd at times. They accept Bank, Cash, and UPI payments. Sunday is closed and the rest of the days they are available till 7.30 in the evening. No separate parking is available you need to park on the roadside at your own risk.

Very Wrust Service Centrr, and un-satisfaction. bulle ka service center. A manager is Not a manager waste person and All are waste persons, I took 6900 for bike service but waste servising no proper fitting all parts are useable fitted.
