The hospital is small but very neat and clean. Proper hygiene is maintained. Every process went smoothly from admission to discharge. Staffs are very helpful. Dr Sunil Jalan is very professional and polite. The surgery was successful and efficient. Overall good experience.

Recently my father got admitted in this hospital for his nose surgery and I must say that the staff and doctors are really good and trained for their work. They do take care of the patients and the facilities you get in just proper. Hospital is well maintained and clean and I would highly recommend all to consider this hospital as their choice for getting any medical assistance.

Worst Experience!! I had been admitted here for my kidney stone surgery through Medibuddy. 1. They Changed the doctor which is assigned to me on Medibuddy with less experience one. Even no doctors visit on 1st day. 2. They provided Saline water on my left hand and giving many injection with less care. My left hand got swollen and paining. 3. It's a very small hospital. They don't have enough equipments. For my ct scan also they carry me to a diagnostic centre which is around 3km away. 4. Ravi Pandey, the owner, behaves rudely and he is shouting at and saying me that Medibuddy is providing very less amount of money. If I want I can get discharge and go. 5. They don't even provide food on time. Everytime I have to ask for the food. Even then they will take 1 hours to prepare the food. They are only providing bread and soup in the breakfast, lunch and dinner. 6. They don't listen to any of your problem and do what suits them and benefits in this horrible business, they have setup. 7. Very few staffs there is nice. Only one nurse, Puja was helpful and caring. Rest of them are only gossiping and don't comes on ringing the bell. 8. They are not giving discharge on time, if you are admitted with some insurance, they will keep you waiting for long time so that they can recover as much money from the insurance team.

Best service at very reasonable cost and all staff members are really nice and works very hard and make sure Patients is been taken care of. Doctor : Dr Tamanna Hossein : Awesome Sisters/Resident Doctors : Very Good Aaya/Maasi : Is a NIGHTMARE We went for a Baby's Delivery, and trust me it was the worst experience. This is not cheap hospital, it has standard price so expectation should also be up to mark. Aaya/Maasi they dont have much experience of handling baby, they are ok for doing work like blood cleaning, pouring out urine bag etc. Their version is they are paid something like 5000-7000Rs per month, which is not my problem as a patient. I had to bring someone else by paying Rs 600 from outside. Mgmt gave an explanation that some have left etc etc. I had to pay for hospital Maasi (which was of no help) & hire someone from outside also. NOT AT ALL SUTAIBLE FOR BABY DELIVERY.
