I got my mother in law's cataract surgery done by Dr Gurpreet at Shroff Eye Center. Prior to that I had also got the cataract surgery done for my mother by the same doctor. My experience starting from initial consultancy to the surgery and post operative care has been exemplary. Because of the precise assessment and lens implanted, both of them are doing well and they no longer need glasses. A great hospital with expertise. My mother is being treated by dr Swarnali Sen Ray, she is an exceptional doctor as well as a good human being. All staff members are very cooperative and helpful.
My experience was good Dr Swarnali was meticulous and very efficient, just a incident with VFA machine was informed that it was out of order just a day before the check up ,then did not get feedback that it was repaired, wasted a lot of time before the next round of checkup today

Got a chance to visit the centre today, however, my grand parents have been getting treatment from Shroff Eye Centre for last 15-20 years.
- The centre is very close to metro station so accessibility isn't an issue.
- There is a Paid parking close to the back gate of this centre so parking is sorted
- They have a small canteen on the front gate and 1 more on the 4th floor
- They have been managing it well in terms of hygiene, processes, staff and other facilities
For my grandfather, Dr Shroff got the eyesight when others mentioned that it is impossible to do.

Dr Ramanjit Sihota is an excellent doctor for Glaucoma. I have been visiting her to monitor my OAG since last 3 years. She is very forth coming with information and always ready to answer all my queries.
