Last minute they changed our booked buses. Little expensive fare charges but nice one.

Trust worthy staff! Its not always about the price of a ticket or quality of the bus. Sometimes is more about the staff and how reliable they are. Shrinath travel and transport agency undoubtedly has one of the best people. I accidentally left my gold chain in the bus while traveling to Ahmedabad. Realized this almost after 4 hours of getting down the bus. Contacted the Shrinath driver who drove the bus to Ahmedabad and then the manager at Shahibaug office (Mr. Sunil). The cleaner found the chain on the seat and handed it to the manager and he kept it safe till he handed it over to me. That's the kind of trust you look around for along with the service they offer. Not every one can match that. Thank you once again Mr. Sunil!

No proper staff. My colleague's wallet got stolen in travel. Dinner stops also costly and unhygienic. Charge you more than MRP. Also, last stop was changed without intimation. Not recommended.

Pathetic service, very rude staff, never travel with these people, no information about delay and they are yelling at us though its their mistake. Very very un professional behaviour. Worst experience ever.
