This hotel's staff is worse.once they will take amount they will not listen any problem of you, even when you will ask they will start fighting with you. Think twice before going in this hotel.
This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. When we went to bathe in the Ganges we put our own lock and came back after bathing in the Ganges and found that the hotel staff had broken our lock and entered the room. I immediately went and complained to the police Those who will visit this hotel in the future will think twice. We have asked many times to check the CCTV but they are reluctant to check the CCTV
The reception no. they've given in our room that doesn't work. They don't have cleanliness, clean soaps, don't have bucket for bath and no towel and yes TV also doesn't work and their elevator also doesn't work and their food is so disgusting don't even think of trying, eat out at restaurants. And in reception area you'll find owner's kids watching tv that is in work. It's so dirty that I can't even begin to start. When reception no. doesn't work and you'll go down through stairs you'll find nobody at reception area. And manager never been around. I stayed for 3 nights but never seen him. No Management, No cleanliness, No Customer Service, Disgusting Food. And everything as you can see in photos I uploaded. My father have problem in walking so he barely can walk up to stairs in 2nd floor, they've elevator but it doesn't work, my one of the main reason of choosing this hotel was elevator I saw in photos but it doesn't work. No Customer Service, No cleanliness, No management. My recommendation, don't go to this hotel and waste your money, in this much money you can afford other good stays in haridwar. Money doesn't bother me but what I get in in return of my money does, it was total disaster and waste of money.
This hotel is located near Birla ghat and is around 2 km from Har ki pauri. Rooms are medium in size, has lift and the staffs are friendly in nature. However I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are on a tight budget. There are better options in Haridwar. I have given a 3 star due to the behavior and service provided by its staffs, otherwise this hotel deserves nothing more than a 2 star.

I'm a rider and was riding from tezpur assam to leh j&k, I have took this hotel for halt ride for two days. I have checked in this hotel on 26th June morning 3 am and paid 1500/- as per deal according to the size of the room, same day on 26th at 12 noon the guy asked me to chk out and said the deal was only for one day. I called the police on 100, two constable came and after analysing the situation they took 500/- as bribe from the hotel guy and asked me to check out as i don't have any written proof, worst service, all theft. Requesting the riders and tourist not to visit in this hotel and please don't trust uttrakhand police (Haridwar).
I asked for TV star and spoon which I didn't get. I need to go down and ask for it again. Then got dirty spoon. Good for solo travelers, super budgeted, clean, quite and homely feeling. Just poor service
