Hi, Two weeks before my sister had operation for piles as suggested by senior most doctor in this hospital. Yesterday she was complaining about pus and pain. So we have consulted back today. The senior doctor who has checked and told us surgery was done seems to be incomplete since he found one haemorrhoid which was not removed. Very bad experience. They have charged almost more than double amount for the insurance company after the first surgery. But no proper treatment. Today that senior doctor told will do one more operation ( to remove left over haemorrhoid )for her. Within 15 days she had undergone for two operations due to negligence of the doctors in this hospital. This is not all acceptable.Not happy with the service.
Money minded....they don't value for people's time...no proper respons from the staff...they don't respect people...doctors timings are very irregular
Caring of patients( nurse was care very good) and treatment from doctor was very good . But not available all treatment
This is money making hospital..my sister went to this hospital.she is having cough and fever...the have billed 5000 RS for 4 hours... please don't go to this hospital

Lacks proper parking and they use other residents parking lane meant for emergency uses for their patient relatives car parking. Not socially responsible at the basic stage
