I recently stayed at this private 4 bedroom resort and it was an amazing experience! The location is great, just 19 kilometers away from the bustling Alibaug beach, but still far enough to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the countryside. The beautiful vicinity around the resort is a perfect spot for nature lovers to explore. The facilities provided were top-notch, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that all our needs were met. The rooms were equipped with air conditioning and water heaters, and the restrooms were hygienic and well-maintained. The caretaker was always available on call to assist us with anything we required. The property is spread over a large piece of land, providing ample space for cardio workout activities. We also enjoyed playing cricket and other indoor recreational activities, Also there is enough space where you can enjoy badminton, volleyball as well . The swimming pool was open 24/7 and the display lights with high volume speakers created a party-like environment where we could enjoy dancing in the pool while sporting. The food was delicious and the big kitchen had all the necessary cutlery and equipment for cooking. You can enjoyed in-house food (lunch, evening snacks, dinner, and breakfast) on request, which is available for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The caretaker is helpful in arranging for food from nearby hotels in the local market. The property was spacious enough to accommodate 12+ people, and additional mattresses were available for larger groups. I would highly recommend visiting this resort during the monsoon season, as the lush greenery around the resort is a sight to behold. However, we visited in the summer season and still enjoyed our stay in comfort. I am already planning to visit the resort again in winter this year. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Service provided by the villa owner is not good and the behaviour of the owner is bad. The pool is not clean.
I was there with my office friends, the place is very neat and clean with all amenities in house. The service is superb. Ashish Raut the owner of the villa was very accommodating, almost all requests. Food was super delicious and authentic.
Villa, rooms, swimming pool, and other areas are very good. It looks as it is in the internet and booking site. Very calm and nice place. Only issue - road is bad.But rest all are good. It will be suitable for 10 to 15 people. Interior is fully designed by IKEA products. You will be surprised and better place to rest for weekends.

Our experience at Adwait homestay was awesome! The rooms are super clean, well maintained. The hosts are welcoming and they provide delicious home made food at a reasonable cost.
Room was superb. Amazing service !!! Owner of the property is very cooperative and helpful. The TV worked fine , AC was also working perfectly well. Bathroom had nice water pressure and shower . Both hot and cold water available. Breakfast was tasty.

Good, well equipped gym with qualified trainers. More open space in comparison to other gyms in vicinity. It's in basement so at times bit suffocating, if AC is off. Roadside parking, changing room and toilet available.
