They won't provide any bedsheets, Pillows and blankets. Traveled from Ahmedabad to Mandvi. All the windows are not closed properly. Apart from Far rest is just waste including unprofessional attitude of staff.
Do not travel from this Bus service. Charging the volve rates and sending old bus with no ac working. Bus tyre blast as they are very old - no servicing, no spare tyre / Jack. Driver are un aware about changing tyre. Calling office with no response. If you need safety better to choose other travel services.
Relatively comfortable but has a scope for improvement. The lights and charging points are mostly damaged and don't work. In seating-sleeping bus, the ladder has a faulty position but there is a rod right at the top so women find it hard to get to double sleeper seat. Bus only waits for 15 mins at honest restaurant. But that's alright.
I've been travelling with them for quite some time but would like to show my displeasure over a bad experience that I had today. Despite of being charged for a Volvo, I was seated in a normal AC bus. Highly dissatisfied with the behaviour of the staff and they didn't co-operate at all.

The location for the traveller is awkward. it is very difficult for old people to travel with this services. the staff is awkward in rude.
Best of the coach to get you to bhuj always use them
It's ok.. service is not too good as per expected.. buses are some times not in time.. even sometimes tv is off
This bus stand is equipped with waiting area and pay and use toilet. Many transport offices are at walking distance from here. Auto services are easily available too.

It was such a good Experience with them not just abt comfort but I actually left my bag with some cash and important documents in the bus and these guys called me up and drop the bag .thank you so much .
