Dated-08/06/2023 I had visited ujjain where I used shree safal tour and travels service very good service well experienced and soft spoken staff i want to give them 5 star .. and I must suggest to everyone to try this shree safal travels once and you will definitely get satisfy car owner and driver behaviour are so good.

We are two women travellers. We booked our own hotels which included the hotel in ujjain. We received detailed info on the pick up (free). And in the hotel we discussed our trip with the manager . We then booked a driver Amit for the trip we had planned and added in a couple of other trips as suggested by the company. We paid in Euros with a detailed invoice. The local guides we met in the different places were well informed, spoke good English and took great photos. We were also taken to craft shops where we were able to shop in a calm environment .There was not too much sales pressure, although as the products were so beautiful it was hard not to buy and we have some exquisite souvenirs. We were very well looked after by Amit who helped us with anything we needed, from buying bananas, general advice /warnings to getting another hotel book and he was able to answer a lot of questions we had about Indian way of life, was very flexible and made us feel very safe, and so we relaxed and were able to enjoy meeting people and whole amazing experience. In Agra we stayed two nights so that we could visit the Tajmajal twice, once at 5.30 in the morning and then at sunset. We had two different guides and the experiences were quite different but both stunning and awe inspiring. The tickets were got through the guides. We can highly recommend the company and their staff and this way of personalising your trip,as we have already done to our family and friends
