Big shame for shree rathnam Jammu. The staff is so arrogant. They behave as if they are doing a big grace on us by serving their tasteless food. All over plastic is banned. Agreed about that. But they are giving wooden spoons with wax coating, that can hardly take sambhar and moreover it smells so bad. When you put that spoon in your mouth, you feel like vomiting. When complained to the counter boy, he arrogantly said, if you do not like it, then do not come to us again. So arrogant behaviour. See the attached pictures.

We were going to Jammu from Chandigarh, stopped to have dosa here. 100% cheating. Dosa size is very small, almost 1/3rd size.of normal size. Rate 120 plus GST. Pls ignore. Food quality average

Worst food place in Wave mall. Staff is rude and doing their best to spoil the brand name. Very arrogant staff and selling spoiled food at high cost. Due to my experience in this "Shree Rathnam" ,I will never try food in any of their other stores also.

Too small quantity...one has to eat three dosas . Very high rate 120 ..dont go

They don't serve wada sambar. ..or idli even.the answer is ...nahi mile ga all the time

South India taste in Agra amazing. Very delicious food

Worst customer service ... order desk person is having as worst attitude as their service......bad experience

They serve veg. If you are veg. So this is a option for you
