Peaceful and calm place. Beautiful architecture! Soothing ambience. Perfect place to spend an evening alone or with a friend. But the security guards are a bit annoying. Otherwise the place is amazing.

Am a frequent visitor of Lakshmi mandir since last 5 years. The quite and calm atmosphere of this place is really rejuvenating. Shree Mahalaxmi Temple is Very nice temple with beautiful architecture, beautiful lights, well maintained, neat and clean . Must visit when you are travelling to south Kolkata . This temple is situated near Ekbalpure, bodyguard. Tollywood shooting also shoot here. There is very tight security present. One can always see 3 to 4 guard at the gate. This place has lots of open space and swippers always cleaning the whole area which makes it comfortable.

Beautiful place and the architecture of this holy temple is awesome. Peace and tranquility is maintained everywhere throughout the temple area. In the evening it remains open from 4 PM to 9 PM. During morning it remains open from 5.30 AM to 11 AM. This is one of the beautiful temple in Kolkata and a must visit place.
