I saw lot of negative reviews then also I booked here room for low cost. Final I'm happy with the rooms it's really very good.. only thing is the toilet is small but still comfortable.. and the location also very good...
One of the better hotels near railway station (500 meters from railway station). The rooms was good but the bed linen was torn. Hot water was available. Every facility is available as mentioned. Also the staffs there were super good. They know their job well and does it wholeheartedly. Had a good stay there
Budget hotels with AC and good beds.
I had the worst experience here. The rooms aren't clean and well maintained, 10/10 will recommend you to book another hotel without any second thoughts. Your trip would be ruined if you stay here. The staff aren't hospitable as well.
To begin with it's a lodge and not really a hotel. It doesn't have a dedicated parking area for the guests, have to rely on road side parking which too is at a walking distance from the inn.
The rooms are falling apart , there was a weird stench, the curtains were falling and the wallpaper was coming off.
There was no dustbin/ trashcan in the room.
The pillow was without the cover and was bad.
No basic toiletries provided ( not even soap)
The carpet out the bathroom was soaking wet and disgusting to be used. There were mosquitoes.
I don't give 1star review to any place, but this one was really bad even for one night stay with family.
Nice room. But the bedsheets where not clean .They didn't changed a new bedsheet.Bathroom and room was clean.
Easy to find the location as it is near to Salem railway station.
for the budget price and considering my stay as a single the stay was decent enough. but there are many drawbacks
1. they didn't change bedsheets, pillow cover for the second day, when asked about it they simply say they have given to laundry. they should have the stock for the next day.
2. bathroom pipe for hot water is broken, so we couldn't use the water heater. when complained the person in charge was iffering that he will bring bucket of hot water, but thats not really convenient.
3. no towels given, no bins inside room but kept outside room.
4. no room service, or no phone to call reception.
wnat i like is the location of the hotel (no good restaurants nearby thou), ac/ fan is good and free from bugs. but the sheet is no good. tv is good. size of the room is consistent. i just need room to fresh up and a place to stay at night. if youre a family or intend to spend much time in room, then this is not the right option.
No proper parking. Pillows are so thin. Hotel manager not in a helping mindset.Rooms are so small that u can only get occupied in the bed.
