The showroom staff is good but the service staff is rude and they don't have manners and they lack knowledge of how to talk to customers. Moreover they don't take feedback very well. 6 months ago i went for service of my vehicle and few problems my bike had. They tried to fix it but my main concern was not solved. And they altered my bill, when I asked them they said we'll give you a discount next time. Then 2 days later i received a message for feedback i gave them 1 star after 5 min i received a call from the service centre asking why did you give me one star rating. And again he was talking rudely.

Purchased my KTM RC from here and the service they provide me was very good. Its been 6 month and stil they are providing same customer service as they were in starting. The staff is very helping and i am completely satisfied.
