I have been a client at shredd fitness for the last 5 years and have always been comfortable working out till date. Always a safe place for girls as I have lots of friends who think the same. Trainers make sure we are comfortable which I have never experienced in any other gyms.

Really good gym, a good variety of machines both in terms of cardio and strength training. Friendly staff as well, seems like a great place for new comers!
The gym is massive with every equipment for every muscle. The team is a highly professional and we'll learned and certified by the best in the country. I liked the place the day I stepped in. Feeling excited to go there everyday. Fitness challenge on.
After 4 months I have reduced a considerable fat. Also trainers are friendly even owner also acts like a trainer only. If you leave your ego at the shoe rack outside, definitely you will experience a good gym in Chennai. They have boxing bags and basic box training too.
Amazing place to start your fitness journey. I used to work out at this gym while I was at Chennai. Reasonably priced and very nice ambience with lots of motivational posters everywhere . The trainers are the best part of this gym. Very friendly and extremely helpful especially trainer Rajesh . Also unlike most gyms, they don't try to sell you supplements.
Joining Shredd is the best decision that I ever did in my fitness journey. Good ambience, well maintained place at a reasonable price I would say. I should definitely mention about the owner Karthik and trainers out there who are really friendly and highly motivating. They taught me what is what in terms of weight training. Great going Shredd !!
