Limited selection despite so much space.
Expensive stuff, and when you try to use promotional points and birthday month offers, staff and the billing software will do their best to not apply it. They will also mislead you by telling you ,you have to spend more than 5000 to avail an offer,when the promotion message from the company says spend above 4000.
Then you say, atleast show billing process, they'll say, sorry customer facing screen not working. Then when you physically go behind their counter to see the software, you see 1 item isn't covered by any discount offer, and others are getting covered by different offers. I had to break up the purchase into 2 bills to get all items discounted by their promotional schemes.
Finally, the company had given Rs300 worth points for birthday month promotion. I asked, can these be applied? They said, we'll only know during billing! Now what do you call the process where you have scanned all the items and are telling the customer how much the amount is?!
Plenty of staff available, not many have any idea of the promotional schemes of the company. They're priority is to sell the section of clothes allocated to them.
Lack of transparency at billing. I have seen worse at Pantaloons and others,but it's not good that I had to be forceful to get all the promotional schemes applied properly..
Visited to do some shopping. Hardly have any proper selection of items. Wanted to buy a laptop bag and jeans shorts. The selection is not at all up to the mark. Shoes even horrible choices. This is the last time I will ever go to that place.
Visited recently at terrible experience.. clothes are so costly we can find good online shopping experience in Myntra with budget friendly great style and oh my good the staff over there are so irritating u are calmly seeing one cloth and 5 staff gather you front and back as if I am steeling from them so damn irritating.please u staff stand their quietly don't follows us pls.
It's Big mall now more outlets have opened also it has got Multiplex it has got entrance from railway station also & from front for seawoods residents basement parking is there with pay & park now name changed from seawoods Grand central to Seawoods Nexus

Horrbile horrbile experience with a pair of jeans from Fratini. The button of the pant came off after 1 wash and the zip was of very cheap quality. Looks like roadwise quality. Despite this they refused to even merely replace the button and zip! And i am regular customer with a platinum card. We hope that no customer has to face such a bad shopping experience ever with any seller.
