The gym is amazing and spacious, very well maintained Clean and sanitised with best trainers. Workout programs are also given which is beneficial. Good guidance in using the equipments.

This is one of best fitness center I have ever been.. The trainer are so friendly and they teach us the workout which suits over body type. Here they have cardio(cross fitness) and weights. Trainers guide you what and when needs to be done with proper diet. Am very happy that I am a part of this amazing fitness center.
