I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were attentive, patient, and went above and beyond to address all my queries and concerns. What impressed me the most was the professionalism and expertise of the sales team.

The doctor is not very aware of the general Dog 101 and keeps recommending products which are clearly not meant for the dog. For example, the owner recommended a dog feed, which is meant to be given to small sized breed dogs, to my golden retriever (which is a large sized dog), and that was not a one time mistake, he did the same mistake for three of my friends' dogs. Instead of this place, I would recommend the Ivy Pharmacy on Samrala Road, you would get all the amenities there too, with reliable information from the owner. (Not sponsored)
