Just few km away from arambol Beach.....mandrem beach....best place to stay with friends and family. They have pretty good pool with beautiful view of paddy fields.....overall nice place to stay and the prices are also reasonable.
For the price, the place was okay. But quite a few issues such as AC water leaking on the floor (had to put a bucket in place), stained sheets, no proper AC control with remotes not working properly, and TV not working. The restaurant food was really bad and either oily, or stale, or undercooked. Did not order from there apart from the first meal there. The view is amazing and the pool is really nice and well maintained.
We went to Shivam as a group--excellent maintenance and very neat and clean. The swimming pool will be an added advantage for our trip. Every day they will clean the swimming pool as I have seen personally. Staff will be very friendly to us and the location is very close to nature. We have prepared our own food in the family room with the kitchen. The restaurant is also there with drinks. The cost will be reasonable. The tea we have taken ..cost 30rs per tea. Best place for North Goa and I don't prefer it if u want to explore South Goa. It's less than 15-20s far from Baga Clangute and Anjuna beaches.... Aguada fort and old monk chai too.... If are staying Shivam then you plan your own vehicle or rental bikes or (at a cost) not preferable for Ola or Uber. It is best to rent a bike and explore. If you are a family or couples or group then you book a cottage or room with ac or a family room will be the best option....And Overall The trip was excellent. The staff was very kind. The rooms are kept clean. It's a tranquil place to stay. Food and beverages are offered at fair prices. The overall experience was quite pleasant. I'm grateful. Book through make my trip
Nice place, but a little far from the main city. Rooms are good except for kitchen, there are no utensils. Mostly just an induction, a pan, few plates and spoons. Hotel kitchen was very dirty. Water purifier was placed in this kitchen, so cannot trust the purity. The people are polite, but need to ask for room service in advance.
It's a good and budget friendly place to stay.... but it's very far from prime location and will take approximately 40 mins to reach beaches and also u can get Activa on rent from there only 450 rs
For the price you will get the best as this , it has a great view and pool. Only drawback is bit outwards and no near by shops.
Hotel was not in good condition.. Also there is no any proper arrangements.. hygiene is not maintained properly and it is very far from Baga & Calangute Beach.
