We ordered tea, that is served in kulhad & taste was wonderful and in snacks ordered bread pakoda, that was crispy and tasty & I liked green chutney very much...there are many more options for food, icecreams, sweet corn. We used washroom too, that was neat. Overall experience is amazing. During travel I like to enjoy like these kind of places. Thank you
On our way to Rishikesh we stopped at shiva tourist Dhaba for breakfast,we order Aloo pyaz paratha, let's discuss one by one
Dhaba:It is a clean Dhaba with decent sitting arrangement ,they also have air-conditioning hall for sitting.
Food: We ordered Tawa's Paratha but it took 20 mins to reach at our plates. They are specialize in only Tandoori Paratha which they can bring immediately, though it is not also upto the mark ,tea was ok .although curd was delicious.
Service: it is very slow we asked many times waiters for our oder,
Washroom: toilets are ok and clean.
Parking:we faced main problem ver there,no one was appointed to hustle free parking, they should focus on that.
Overall its a average Dhaba .
We had lunch there (time 2 pm)
We ordered daal fry/ dal makhani/ spl. Paneer tikka masala/garlic naan/ butter naan/plain rice
The food was so so , naan was awesome but a bit costly. Service was very slow We needed to ask waiters for our order and also needed to go by yourself to pack the leftovers Nobody was helping in that.
Daal fry was very spicy(chili) paneer tikka masala was also normal paneer gravy dish we were expecting that paneer would be roasted as paneer tikka but it was normal paneer, dal makhani was bit satisfying overall taste was average and overpriced
I visit this often while going to Rishikesh but this I time I noticed their quality is degraded Curd was smelling bad. Paratha was not good. Tea was having uncooked milk Lots of Mosquitoes inside dining hall. Will have to try some other place while returning
Very bed experience, unprofessional staff, food was also not good. Never Recommend.
On our way to Mussoorie on 31st Dec 2022, we had breakfast here. Chole Bhature and Aloo Paratha was good but Maggie's taste was not upto the mark (Over boiled with less masala). Dhaba was well maintained with polite staff. Washroom was ok ok. There are also some other small shops located in the premises of Dhaba with a "CRAFT HOUSE" (You can see in the video attached with this review).
Overall not a bad place for a halt and enjoy some snacks.
The worst quality food, unhygienic food, is served to customers on unwashed plates, and afterwards, they are not accepting their mistake.
