Shiva residency has excellent rooms very neat and tidy. We were provided with connecting rooms for a people of 6 members. The room is very neat and tidy, washrooms are very clean. Only problem is the temple is 7kms away from this place and auto will charge 150/- on non-peak days and 200 on peak days. Also A2B is at 5 mins walkable distance and they have a hotel in first floor which is also good.
We have booked 2 rooms for 5 (3+2) a day before and got confirmation. Even they have checked with us few hrs earlier to our check in time n we have reconfirmed our stay. But they are lying and not sticking to their words when we reached. Don't book over phone. No ethics only business n no respect
Very bad service.6 of us checked in from Malaysia with 3 rooms. Only 1 kettle for 3 rooms and expecting us to share. One of the rooms, the dressing mirror light is not functioning..informed during checked in, but no one came to repair. The wifi disconnected and when we called to inform, they did not come immediately. They should understand people from Malaysia are only dependent on wifi to contact their family members. Yet they failed to satisfy us.
It's a budget hotel to stay at Thiruvannamalai, rooms are neatly maintained, compact rooms. Restaurant and tea coffee shop at ground floor itself. Car parking available, easy access and convenient near to Girivalapathai. Rates are reasonable, but poor room service
Location is a little far from temple almost 4 km. Rooms are good. Restaurant available downstairs. Good food.
Well mannered staffs and good rooms. Room rent was 1700/- for AC room. Huge space for parking available with number of eateries nearby.
I have booked 2 rooms 15 days prior and they confirmed also... Some one called and says 1 day before checkin and saying that some useless reason room full and cancelled my booking... Very unprofessional... worst hotel .. please don't book or stay... I don't want to give 1 star also..
The bed sheets were torn. Had no phone to call reception in the room. Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi. The dustbin was broken. Light was flickering in the room.

Very compact with all latest access controls- neat and cleanliness maintained. Close to temple and walkable distance. Parking arrangements near the hotel helps a lot . Overall a great experience
