Very worst condition, no staff is helpful ,only one dr Gyan prakash Is very helpful person .I was admitted in jully 12 for my feumer operation by Dr gyan prakash .All the staff and nurses could not help me ,very rude behavior, at the time of discharge they was not helped me my old aged mother was requested the nurse but they were not helped me .very bad condition of staff .

very unprofessional team of staff and doctor one person Arun Singh is only misbehave with patient. He is very rude and treat himself as a owner of this hospital. Never recommend to go to this hospital.

Wrost experience ever.....Please don't visit here ....You have to wait atleast 12-13 hours for your treatment/operation from your visiting. The management is also too poor. No proper care is taken of patient at proper time. Charges is not suitable according to the treatment

Staffs are rude, they don't have even a QR code for payments in OPD, doctors usually late, in front of me there's a patient who's situation is very bad, he is a senior citizen but they are not providing any bed or arrangements for him also and theirs doctor is also late, they are waiting from so long.

It is worst hospital in the world .I recommend you don't visit here . Two months ago in a accident my left leg (digit finger) was little crack. It was happened in 8 pm .I reached in hospital in 10pm.they admit in hospital and nurse are preparing for operation without any x-ray. When I told then x ray was done.till doctor did not consent me till now.and a person (mansha he is x ray department boy)came to me and told for operation.then I told to them i want to meet doctor ghyanprakash.then doctor told for operation.i totally paid for operation is 30k but they didn't give the proper bill they have given hand written bill. All staff of this hospital including doctor are too bad behaviour they always wants money money In operation they fitted three pin in my finger After two months when I again visit to hospital for pin removing they changed for 5000 rs And the did not give the proper bill for that Only they given hand written bill. After that I visited to the brahmanand hospital and I show the x ray report doctor said they operate only for money So I didn't recommend you to visit Shiva narsing home

Better avoid unless veru emergency and canot reach any good clinic.
