Title: Deplorable Service Experience in Ward No. 107 at Shifa Hospital I feel compelled to share my utterly disheartening experience at Shifa Hospital, particularly in Ward No. 107. The level of service I encountered during my time there was, without a doubt, the worst I have ever witnessed in a healthcare setting. From the outset, the lack of attentiveness from the nursing staff was appalling. Calls for assistance went unanswered, and when someone did show up, their attitude was indifferent at best. It seemed as though patient care was a low priority in this particular ward. The hygiene conditions were abysmal. I expected a hospital environment to be impeccably clean, but the state of Ward No. 107 was nothing short of neglect. Dirty linens, unattended spills, and an overall disregard for basic cleanliness standards left me questioning the hospital's commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary environment. The communication breakdown between the medical staff and patients was distressing. I found it nearly impossible to get clear and coherent information about my condition or the proposed course of treatment. It's disconcerting when one's well-being is compromised, and the staff seems disinterested in providing even basic explanations. In conclusion, my experience in Ward No. 107 at Shifa Hospital was a nightmare. I strongly advise potential patients to think twice before entrusting their health to an institution that neglects the fundamental principles of compassionate care and cleanliness. Owais

There is too much crowd with zero regulation. The parking space is always full and people park outside on the road which leads to jamming for hours. Yes there are best doctors and are highly qualified especially Doctor Bilal Khan One thing more the bathrooms are also very clean

Very good experience. Highly qualified, trained and senior Doctor's. They are very relaxed during consultation. Near and clean environment, excellent maintenance in everything. Very good staff, they will guide you each and everything. Parking Space is available. Highly recommended. Overall a great experience.

This is not a hospital..this is Earning Machine Tool..Dctrs in Shifa Hospital have no humanity.They refer to each other for small suggestions so that patient will pay fee again for another doctor.Can u believe they charged me 80k for small surgery which costs only upto 20k in another private hospitals..they didn't disclose me the cost at the inception but once surgery was done ..they charged me 80k.. Almighty will punish them all one Day for cheating people. I suggest everyone don't go to shifa Hospital..If u want to spend huge money like Shifa hospital is charging..then go to Paras hospital at least their u will get best treatment by renowned Doctors..i i commit a big mistake by choosing shifa medical center..plxx alll.. don't go there for any consultation.

Pathetic service, unprofessional paramedical staff, very rude nurses, This is a scam hospital, looting money from people, before surgery they made commitment with me for ureterscopy that it will cost amount of Rs 70k for 24 hours, but at the time of discharge they charged 80k. I went their only for the doctor who is best surgeon in valley. But bcz of the hospital administration I am very much disappointed & I suggest every patient don't do any surgery here in shifa looting Medical Centre.

Very well mentained and experienced Doctors everything is good there .. this hospital can effort a poor man also

One the worst experiences , Not at all recommended, we went to Dr Bilal khan for sigmatoscopy, we were given scheduled time of 03:30 pm , and Dr came by 03:45 and whet to do some procedure , and kept all the OPD patients and the patient who came for different tests waiting, i requested the I have child's you can refund is we will come some other day or will do some were else they were so ignorant of losing the money that we payed , and dint refund is and kept us other patients waiting and till 06:15 we were there then the test was not done By Dr Bilal khan , but other Dr , Before going to this hospital think 100 times and before choosing Dr Bilal khan think 100 times , unprofessional bunch of people are there , we asked to gives the Contact number of Lab Incharge Mr zahoor and told we are authorised to give, some patience with reference came which taken out of que to assist on priority, the condition of this hospital is worst than Govt hospital.

No POS terminals. They accept cash only. And there is a JK Bank ATM inside the hospital. No digital payments accepted. This is a matter of grave concern. Management need to facilitate this must have facility.
