Had stayed in Sheraton Grande Hotel, Periyamet for 2 days with parents. Starting from booking till vacating the hotel the hospitality by the Manager and Staffs was just unbelievable. To get such a hospitality in a crowded area in chennai is just amazing. Rooms were neat and clean, good ambience. The service of rooms boys was very comforting, they took total care of us. The managerial staff is also very cooperating and helping. KEEP UP THE GOOD Service Guys, this is going to be the go to hotel in the area. Anybody wanting to stay or searching for rooms near by central or Periyamet just blindly go to this hotel. THANKS FOR THE HOSPITALITY ! WILL COME AGAIN !

The service was truly exceptional, marked by promptness and efficiency. Whether seeking food through room service or requesting dishes and bowls, the staff exhibited exceptional behavior and a warm, welcoming demeanor. Service requests were consistently met without delays. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, with the added perk of daily provision of mineral water. My overall stay was superb, thanks to the outstanding hospitality and attention to detail.

It was an excellent stay! especially the rooms and restrooms are very neat and well maintained. Small issues are also solved on call. Highly recommended.

Good location. Very Clean rooms. No restaurant. But they compensate by excellent room service. Parking is a bit difficult. Overall stay was great.

The rooms were neat and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very cordial and helpful. The bathroom was the best as it was very very clean and all the amenities were given as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and stay here next time as well

Neat and clean rooms, friendly staff, and many more to add for giving 5 star rating to this hotel. Best hotel to stay either individually or with family with decent price near to Chennai central train station. I tried my hotels in this area in the past , but this is the best. For sure, this will be my preferable place of stay for future travels to Chennai. Thank you Sheraton Grande Team for making my stay as comforting as possible. Looking forward to stay again :-)

The stay was a very pleasant experience. Hotel staffs are very courteous and they ensure great service. The rooms were very clean and hygienic. They provide 24 hours check in service, the hotel is located near Central Railway Station, you can access the transportation easily as well.
