Negative- Well spacious room but not worthy at this value. Very much distance from dal lake gate or lal chawk. Not recommended for family stay. Positive- Good service. Staffs behaviour was also good. A group of friends can stay well enough.
Location is residential spacious. 2 lawns well maintained. Manager is v supportive and room service is good. Food especially vegetarian was superb. Service boy Musaib was supportive and served well
The rooms are ok at the price point. It's a homestay converted into a hotel. We stayed 4 nights and the hospitality was pathetic. The water bottles were used and had unfiltered water. After repeated reminders they would give clean water. The food service would take 1 hour and at least 5 repeated calls before they cook something. Even after discussing with the owner about the issues nothing changed. All the guests at the hotel were facing the same issues. A really bad place, stay away from here if possible.
Sheesha residency is just like a resident cum hotel . The hotel room was good and spacious. The staff were decent and polite but the dinner was not good and had a limited menu, even hotel prices are overcharged as per available facilities. Most importantly its location is not proper for families and elderly people It is better to stay The overall experience was not good , Advised to other tourists to stay near Raj baug , boulevard road or lal chauk. Can't recommend you here

This is a residence turned into hotel, that too on a lease...rooms were small and dirty. Smell of cigarette can be felt all the way to room and inside the room.. Breakfast was also given too late as they went to home to make and then they will serve you at your room..maximum time reception is empty as they are busy in household work or smoking..overpriced and they will make you realize that " It's your compulsion to stay" , not theirs even after paying 3-4K .
Pleasant stay and very much cooperative staff...Musaib was so supportive that when ever we needed any help he was at a ring away..overall very much satisfied..much recommended
Accommodation is just ok. Rooms are average. Payments only in cash for unknown reasons . The staff is helpful and very cordial. It's very difficult to find a restaurant nearby. They serve food but menu is limited
