We have stayed at this beautiful hotel. The view is just great and is very easily accessible. The staff is very cooperative and warm. Add on, the food was really great. Irshad, Nasir and Showkat were absolutely great staff you would ever expect.
Amazing location, warm hospitality, delicious food, [we ordered veg- food in entirety was awesome, kashmiri pulao deserves special mention], room were in utmost hygeinic condition, we were lucky to experience snowfall, rooms were equipped with room warmers and bathroom warmer and bed warmers are pretty comfortable, it was chilly outside but very pleasant indoors, special mention to Mr Naseer for being available full time and being a very helpful and friendly help, Mr Shakaut for his amazing cooking Mr Irshad bhai for warm welcome and Mr Wasim for clicking amazing pictures.!
Can't think of any cons as of now.
All in all, a very happy stay!

The view from our room 303 was awesome. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Buffet spread is very limited but tasty. Small hotel but good experience overall. A word of caution: avoid if you have elderly person since the climb to the hotel can be difficult
We stayed at this resort in sept'23. Its a beautiful resort with a great view of mountains and a gulmarg overview. Close to the market and restaurants. Staf f is very friendly and food is too yumm. We enjoyed our stay.
The worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. The hotel staff is not at all cooperative , the rooms are very small , uncomfortable, no looking mirror, no television. Washrooms are very small & bad. The hotel staff & team highly needs improvement. Very much disappointed with the hotel management. Worst stay experience.
Very memorable stay, rooms are neat and tidy, service is very good. Nesir Irshad and Shaukat are very helpful.

Very good location in the valley of Gulistaan. One can lost in the paradise on earth to watch the picturesque landscape green in autumn or snowy in winter. Hospitality is the best in it's class.
