It is a beautiful ghat on ram jhula where ganga arti perform in evening. It opens 24x7. A peaceful and spritual place in bank of ganga river. Best time to visit is morning or 6-11 pm , in night you can see beautiful lightings on janki jhula ,ram jhula and temples. There are small vendors who are selling small containers to collect holy ganga water, small diya and flowers to perform pooja.
This place is also known for river crossing boat (one should take it if s/he is not going to do water sports) and Ganga arti.
Decent and clean ghat. Opposite side to geeta bhavan. They perform arti in Sanskrit and Hindi both. During Aarti it becomes too crowded. No space for parking. Paid toilet is available

A very clean and convenient ghat to take a dip in Gangaji. Visited in the early hours of the day. Beautiful view of Ram jhula, Gita bhawan and other ashrams from here. We even sat here and read Gita for a while. Experienced divinity and peace. The nearby Shatrughan temple is also a very peaceful and ancient place. Must visit when in Rishikesh.
