Writing this review after more than 5 years. Doctor Sunita Phadke is good and polite, consultation fees is also nominal. She visits Shashwat Hospital. For our case she did a C section even when all parameters were normal, some where the hospital staff was also suggesting for C section maybe to earn more money. While the hospital is pretty basic but charges were as per other hospitals. Rating low as doctor and hospital do not want to go for normal delivery. Private deluxe Rooms should be improved. Facilities are not at par of what we pay for rooms. Considering this charges are high and facilities pretty basic.

Best pediatrician in aundh...Consults with minimal medicines and focuses on natural healing. Explains each and every query to the patients. also very cool & friendly with kids.

I've never met anyone with your organisations level of intelligence and hopefully never will because this is a organisation who does not possess the basic capacity of deducting the customers deposit amount from their final bill summary and you have the audacity to provide them with money vouchers as we are at your institutions for a shopping spree availing some discount.This organisation refuses to provide their patients their records stating that since cashless was applied the data is confidential. They follow the practice of charging the patients for an appliance or treatment that is to be followed and if they are questioned to give an explanation on the same, they have one reply that states that since we have already done it there's no going back. This organisation is lovely enough to remark on the patients hygiene or pass remarks on the condition of a critically ill patient rather than intubate the patient or treat them for the urgent care that they require. The ICU staff is nice enough not to clean the surroundings with metal rusting bars laying around and you are welcome to the ICU with a big exposed biodegradable waste bin for you to inhale all the toxins in the world. Special Appreciation for the admin staff - They forget to keep the emails asked to be mentioned in CC. They do wonders with not deducting your deposit amount from the final bill. They love to tell you "dekho tumhara insurance kya karta hai!". Cherry on top is that they refuse to provide you the patient's file stating it is against their authority to do so. So in my conclusion this hospital is running beyond the guidelines of Indian Medical Association or the RTI Act of the Indian Constitution and runs on the sole belief of objectionable and callous practice with their patients and their families.

Totally money minded . Initially they will ask you for insurance then they will negotiate like any business market. Doctor not available but everything from advance amount to medicine will be via phone. And hospital pharmacy is too expensive. Try to buy from outside hospital .ECG to blood pressure check, Everything is too expensive but facilities are below average. Nowadays hospitals are just about business.

No doctors are available to attend patients. I visited the hospital for the stomach pain of my mother. Sisters and (may be an internship doctor) checked and given medicines of around Rs. 700+ fees 450. Pain increased after taking medicine at night. The second day i went there, they immediately ask for hospitalization without any proper response. Only after hospitalization our doctor will check and treat. I will immediately call my doctor friend who was earlier lived in aundh (as I am new in aundh). He suggested some normal medicine and tell us to go home, your mother will feel okay after taking this medicine and suggested to not go into hospitals. First go to the small clinic instead. After being denied their request for hospitalization, they again charged fees of 350+200 for the sugar test done. We requested them for the proper doctor to check, they again said "doctors will see only if the patient gets admitted." I will not suggest this hospital in future to any of my friends.

Very poor service and not at all recommended. Nursing and housekeeping staff are not cooperative. Replacements of medicine is their favourite job. Creat doubt in mind. I have to take discharge within one day. Charges are huge for one day.

Shashwat hospital is best orthopedic in aundh, I had leg fracture few years back, others doctors suggested operation for my leg, But Shashwat Hospital cured it without any operation. Highly recommended :)

This is current experience and i want to share with all of u...my dad admitted dtd 23 rd jun e 2023 Almost 7 days my dad in admitted.some family s are lots of people take care of there patient or parents.,but my family I m only one to take care of my dad..these 7 days to much struggling for me.. But in shashwat hospital its gone very smoothly All kaka maushi are very help full polite. I shud personally thanks to dr sambare sir, chinmay sir rupali mam and most cutest person ankita mam..all are very nice help full.only one thing is food quality is not good please improve the same. Thank u all team.
