I've been living at this PG for the past 1.6 years, and I'm still here for good reasons. The healthy food may not always be everyone's favorite, but it's undeniably good for you. The housekeeping staff is consistently available, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment. The owner remains as humble as ever, which contributes to the welcoming atmosphere. What's more, the rent remains affordable, making it an excellent long-term option for those on a budget. I continue to have a positive experience here.
Visited this PG today, 3rd class rooms. Bathrooms are bigger than their 4 bed accomodations. Prices are sky-high. 7000 for 4 room sharing, are you kidding me? Two room sharing on the ground floor is an absolute cell. Barely any space to moove, no ventilation and amenities were not even sufficient for single person. I opened a room to check an empty bed, boys were drinking and smoking. All the reviews are fake and written by owner and his friends. Don't know about food. Please look somewhere else this one sucks for sure. Edit: In the reply owner mentioned inflation and Rs7000 for AC room. It was Rs7500 in the first place and 7500x4 = Rs30000 for one room. I don't think it is the kind of inflation that he cannot save enough from this big amount of money. Have some ethical standards for the business. I know it's commercial but ek bed ke around chalne tak ki jagah bhi na ho toh use accomodation nhi kehte. And cup of tea ki analogy toh mat de bhai. Shraabi ldke paal lene se hi 3rd class hota hai pg.
Pg is very Good with all facilities at one place, library is there, Food Is Tasty, Everyday cleaner cleans the room and washrooms. Good Experience at sharma pg. Thanks to Arjun Bhaiya for Taking care of Us and everything.
