Almost all gym equipments are here. Gym has 3 diffrent section cardio strength and CrossFit CrossFit not much good but rest 2 section very good specialy strength section. Only Sunday closing rest days 530 to evening 930 it's open.fees 2500 per month if u want personnel trainer then 4500 and if u get membership then 2000 per month minimum membership months 6 .. little busy but it's ok...unisex gym..

They charge 200 rupees for a day pass and you would be able to enjoy multiple services like CrossFit , weight training and cardio section ( each floor is dedicated to a particular section ) . Fitness is the main source of energy. We hardly get good fitness centers with all modern amenities. Shape up has been fulfilling its promise of providing well fitness training to the fitness lovers. The ambience of the gym is superb. You feel great while exercising there. The atmosphere is so lovely. All the fitness equipments are modernized and easy to use.
