I had always been a fan of Sham jewelers as far their designs and customer dealing was concerned. This year also on Dhanteras I was to usually visit the place. Eventually we saw a message flash that they are giving out gifts on a purchase above rupees one lakh. We happened to make a purchase of-course above that amount. The gift they gave was a bowl set of some local company, MRP 145 rupees. Some were given a different item, I don't know what is the criterion to decide. Now, please don't give out such things that are of zero value to a household. Do you even think someone making a purchase above one lakh would even be using such non food-grade bowls. Your customer service is really good but please don't give out such gifts that are against your reputation. Please maintain the dignity of your name. Uploading the picture of the gift item.
The customer service provided is unsatisfactory as they prioritize selling expensive jewelry instead of considering customer preferences. Even if the customer has a budget of up to 50k, the staff treats them disrespectfully, making them feel like a beggar. This kind of behavior is not acceptable and does not make for a positive shopping experience.

I have been visiting Sham jewellers since past 20 years and have been a loyal cx. Recently, I visited Sham on weekend and was attended by a lady named Suman Nayyar. This was my one of the worst experiences I have ever had, the lady was more interested in gossiping with her friends about her other colleagues rather than showing me jewelry. She did not care what i wanted or what my requirement was but only gossip was important to her. Not at all professional behavior. No complaints about the quality of jewelry but staff needs to be more professional.
