The Martyrs' Memorial, also known as Shaheed Smarak, is a life-size statue of seven young men who died in the Quit India movement (August 1942), to hoist the national flag on the (now) Secretariat building.

One of the best place of THE BETTIAH .... It is a historical place .

Its a place related to Freedom fighters. This is freedom fighters Memorial Heritage site in Bettiah city, India. British Rulers were so cruel on Bihari Farmers and specially in Champaran. They're torturing Farmers to farming Indigo. In turn Some Farmers Rebelled the British Rulers.

Nice place I love this statues of Indian freedom fighters and this is also better for visitors. By enhancing the beauty of this place, we can promote tourism in our Champaran also in our city Bettiah
