Its a place related to Freedom fighters. This is freedom fighters Memorial Heritage site in Bettiah city, India. British Rulers were so cruel on Bihari Farmers and specially in Champaran. They're torturing Farmers to farming Indigo. In turn Some Farmers Rebelled the British Rulers.
