Firstly will say that Trainers are really helpful. Sfw gym conducts sessions like yoga, zumba. They celebrates festivals and arranges some activities also.

I don't know for cost cutting purpose or some other reason they turns off AC many times. Space is also less when crowd increase.
I recently joined the gym, and it exceeded my expectations. The facility is well-maintained, with a wide range of modern equipment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist. The variety of classes offered adds a dynamic element to workouts. Overall, it's a top-notch gym with a positive atmosphere that motivates members to achieve their fitness goals.
This is a wonderful well equipped gym. Air conditioned, good change rooms with showers. Lots of new equipment to let you workout any way you want to. The staff were great and let us transfer our 1 week membership after we ended up at a different gym that was also called Elite Gym but not the one that had all the great reviews on Tripadvisor. Make sure you go to the one in Chaweng opposite the lake . It's called Elite Gym 'Exclusive'
One of the best place for fitness with fun as they also conduct activities like zumba, yoga, aerobics and floor activity as complementary. Overall, a good gym.

Very crowded after 6 pm. Trainers are good but some of them only focus on their personal trainee and ignore others. Even if someone does wrong exercise, they don't care and Just wait so they can have their trainee on machine. And don't know why they turn off the ACs...
