All trainers are so interactive and helpful and they are always providing us good exercise tips,proper physical fitness activities and also they are friendly with us a lot. I would like to say thanks to all trainers who are always building our confidence level strong and providing us right way to exercise

Unethical and Ruthless! The owner of the SFW Gym, Anjali Cross Road, lacks compassion and empathy. My wife and I decided to take a one-year membership here due to attractive discounts on annual subscriptions, even though we initially planned to go for a 3- to 6-month membership. Unfortunately, shortly after making the payment, we received the news that our rented house had been sold, forcing us to find another place to stay. Realizing this, we promptly requested to cancel our membership within 3-4 days of the payment, citing genuine reasons for our decision. So we rushed to the gym and had a word with the trainers. The trainers understood our situation and advised us to discuss the matter with the owner. Initially, he (the owner) seemed willing to consider our request, giving us hope for a resolution. However, as time passed, our attempts to contact him were met with silence; he did not pick up our calls, respond to WhatsApp messages, or agree to meet with us. It is deeply disappointing to see how the owner prioritizes money over humanity. Feeling betrayed and ignored, I wish for him to understand the impact of his actions and treat his customers with respect and fairness. Instead of resorting to harmful thoughts or curses, I hope that he can learn to empathize with others and realize the consequences of his decisions. In the end, we are left disheartened, as our hard-earned money seems to have been taken without regard for our genuine circumstances.

Excellent gym . All the staff is super awesome and always available for any help needed . Its always cheerful as the are always friendly and they have many chillout plans and workout with great knowledge sharing also.

I have been a member for more than 3 months and I would say has top notch facilities. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, SFW Gym Anjali offers a welcoming and inclusive environment. It's clean, well maintained and equipped with latest equipments. The trainers and instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, motivating and always ready to help. The different activities conducted here like Live Zumba, Yoga, Floor workout are excellent. All in all it provides and all round experience with superb facilities, excellent staff, and a supportive community atmosphere.

Affordable gym, good trainers but lack of infrastructure is clearly visible. But given the price I can hardly complain. Hope they improve it in future. I would recommend this gym for it's price and good service.

I have been doing gym here from past 3 months and the training is really appreciable. The trainers are very supportive as well.
