I think it is very good. Public services are good, not excellent but satisfied. They all are very helpful and it is open from 9am to 5pm. You have to wait for half an hour if you are lucky or at max 2 hours after you get your token. I have one problem regarding E-Sewa which is online service but you can not fill your own forms because you need Patwari and Municipal reference number. There is too much work done by customer prior to Sewa kendra which sometimes take days.

Too much waiting time. Reached at 11 am and my turn came at around 3:30pm ... rally bad service. Should have more counters.

They have not knowledge about work and their ,was sardar sitting on help counter have not a sense how to talk with applicant . Looks Like moron.

Good, but separate counter should be there for kids. Kids can't wait for their turn as per token allocated. Total 4 counters but only 1 counter for aadhar. Rest 3 counters are free. They should also work if AADHAR counter is crowded. ACs are working and good sitting arrangement. But no water in this hot Summer (bring your own water bottle) and no washroom. I discussed with security guard and he told that washroom is behind the building and it's locked. I can take keys from reception and after using I have to lock it again & submit keys.

Very bad service non cooperative staff,because I went with my baby for making her adhar card they said stand in line and my baby was only 20 days,in harayana they have special facilities for new born baby that they can go directly and make their baby afshar card ..that's why I did not like their service.

Very bad dealing. They even don't allow you to come inside. We i reached there it was empty, there were hardly one or two people.Still they instructed me to download the app then come next day with appointment. Then what is purpose of suvidha centre if they can't facilitate you.
