Seva Hospital - Hospital in Makroniya - Sagar, India

We had twins , lost my one girl child because of this hospital and other admitted to NICU. Dr takes everything on lighter mode even if the situation is more complex. 1. No proper guidance and seriousness on any cases. Just sab thik hai is the repeated word. 2. No proper studies and experience on typical cases. 3. No good Pediatrician available to take care of any emergency services. He is simply pathetic to deal with situation. 4. Hospital has 0 cleanliness and staff needs to have some very basic ethics to work. 5. Sonography reports were contradictory dr. Didn't gave damn to treat on that way. Ultimately I am suffering from last 20days and so on because of this hospital. Please don't suggest to visit here to anyone.

I visited 3rd time today and sharing my genuine experience. 1. Dr is okay, she is experienced but since there are no other good gyno in the city that goes as a pros for Dr. nidhi. 2. Staff is very unprofessional, there is no rudeness but corruption is at peak. If you come in morning to take the number then also you will se people ahead of you who paid extra to the staff. 3. No value for one's time. It could hardly take few bucks a day if they call 1 hour before their turn rather than making one wait for 5-6 hours. 4. Cleanliness is maintained but couldn't see any sanitization around especially when we all have seen the impact of covid. 5. Dr. Nidhi don't allow anyone other than patient him/herself. Really? Come on dude what are we trying to achieve here? Pregnancy is the period where both the parents have excitement and queries, why to put restrictions there? Not even husbands are allowed to be present in the consultation room. (And of course this is very funny and illogical) I have been to india's best hospitals in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore etc, but never seen such thing anywhere. 6. Professionalism is completely missing in the staff, if we are moving towards smart city then we have to be professional, it wont affect revenue but it affect the trust. And trust is something that is earned over years. 7. Rate of normal delivery is close to zero. I have not heard of any normal delivery in this hospital since years. If you are planning for new baby the choose this hospital for consultation only, if caesarian is fine the no worries this one is average. 8. No data availability in terms of normal delivery rate. I request the management to share the normal delivery rate in you website, i understand its takes a lot to pay salaries for hospital staff and maintenance but at the cost of what? If its at the cost of human life who deserve better and natural approaches(normal delivery) then its really inhuman. These points are from my and few other folk's personal experiences. Looking forward for actions. Note: I changed doctor because of rule of not allowing person other than patient.

It's just a hype of Dr Nidhi... no proper numbering system and overcrowded.

Please Hospital Md and mam Improve your hospital time waiting and your staff behaviour . And some Information taken extra money your staff . And your waiting list not proper asked . Your help disk so I humbly request emprove and your adendard no list secvance vice settings from watiing time and take tha Frist give some money extra

Very bad staff behaviour and poor management also so many bad reviews of hospital with zero improvement. Dr's are not taking any action for their hospital

Appointment is available on the call, most of the time you will be told to come between 3 pm to 4 pm but The Dr will be having lunch between the same time. She starts checking patient after 1 pm, so be better prepared to spent time at the clinic or visit after 5 PM. Reception service is pathetic and same is management. Better go else. No arrangement in time of Covid 19 for social distancing. Appointment sequence is not followed. Go else if you care and value your time.

Appointment facilities are worst ever seen. Please dont use logic while gooing, you don't know when your number come, I can tell management guy fully Currupted , to whom they want to send they are sending, they are thinking like patients are mob mentality. No timings arrangements. I am requesting to Dr or other management guy who can take action against this so please maintain a proper system, atleast maintain a token system.

Dr. Nidhi Mishra is very rude, hardly answers your any questions, most of the time busy chit chatting with nurses, my dear friend recommended me this doctor but she should understand what pregnant lady goes through and it will be obvious she will have questions, by telling us, other patients never ask me any question, you are not doing justice to your profession. Karma will get back to your one or other way.
